You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

When you visit Eylorin products, services and solutions web pages, our web servers always temporarily save for connection and set up and security purposes the connection data of the computer connecting to our site, a list of the web pages that you visit within our site, the date and duration of your visit, the IP address of your device, the identification data of the type of browser and operation system used as well as the website through which you linked to our site. Additional personal information such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address is not collected unless you provide this data voluntarily, e.g. while completing an online contact form, as part of a registration, survey, competition, fulfillment of contract or an information request.

Do not misuse our Services, for example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content that you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Our Services display some content that is not Eylorin’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

For our Products and Services that are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.

b) Your Personal Information

Personal information is any information that can be used to identify, locate or contact you. It may also include other information that can be associated with an identifiable individual. We may collect the following types of Personal Information:

Contact Information; that you provide as part of using the Eylorin Products & Services as well as Solution, such as your name, billing address, telephone number, and email address or other addresses that allow us to send you messages.

Relationship information that helps us do business with you, such as information about the financial institution or other entity that issued your relevant or related information, payment preferences, your use of payment methods and your accounts issued by third parties that are linked to the Eylorin or related product and services you use, and similar information that can help us understand you and offer you personalised content and offers.

Financial Information when you use the Eylorin products, services and solutions, including information on the third parties you transact with, your payment card number, payment card network, expiration date and security code (e.g., CVV2 of your payment card), billing address, the time and date of the transaction, and the amount of the transaction.

Information about your interactions with the Eylorin products, services and solutions, such as data collected when you:

• Use the Eylorin products, services and solutions (including information collected using Cookies and Other Data Collection Technologies described below to the extent this information is Personal Information);
• Communicate with us, such as if you contact our customer service centres (including recordings of calls for quality and training purposes);

• Opt in or out of marketing or offers, and other activities.

We collect Personal Information from you and from other sources.

In many cases, we collect Personal Information that you provide to us as part of using the Eylorin products, services and solutions directly from you. We receive Personal Information (including Card Transaction Data) from third parties who are authorised to give us information about you. For example, we may collect Personal Information from third party digital wallets, online merchants and other parties that help facilitate the payment and transactional experience when you use Eylorin products, services and solutions to make an online purchase. As another example, the Eylorin products, services and solutions may integrate with other services or functionalities offered by the third party, such as an alerts service. If you choose to use such a service, we and your Issuer may collect and share information (such as your mobile phone number for an alerts service) needed to make the service accessible through your Eylorin products, services and solutions account.

We may collect information from publicly available sources, such as social media sites or census data, when permitted by the site’s terms of service. For example, if you communicate with Eylorin products, services and solutions using Facebook or Twitter, we may receive additional information about you from your profile. As another example, Eylorin may also monitor social media channels to learn about experiences that Eylorin products, services and solutions users choose to share, and we may respond to users through social media channels.

We collect information about your interactions with the Eylorin products, services and solutions when you visit our website, engage with our online advertisements, or call us. These services include ones that will, for your convenience, automatically update your account information, payment account numbers, any tokens, and expiration dates, and delete inactive accounts, or, and if your third party participates in such a service.

d) How Your Personal Information Is Used.

For contractual reasons, we also need personal data to provide our services and comply with the obligations arising from contractual agreements concluded with you.

We primarily use your Personal Information to provide the Eylorin products, services and solutions to you. We may use your Personal Information to:

• Fulfil your requests;
• Enable you to transact, perform instruction using the Eylorin products, services and solutions or enhance your Eylorin products, services and solutions experience, including for related purposes, such as authentication, fraud prevention and dispute resolution;

Will My Data Be Passed on

Eylorin does not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disseminate your personal data to third parties and will not do so in future, unless required by law, unless required for the purpose of the contract or unless you have given explicit consent to do so. For instance, it may be necessary to pass on your address and order data to our contractors when you order products. External service providers that process data on our behalf are contractually obliged to maintain strict confidentiality. The service providers follow the instructions of Eylorin, and this is guaranteed by technical and organizational measures, as well as by means of checks and controls.

Apart from the right to obtain you have the following rights:

• You can request information as to what personal data is stored
• You can request that we correct, delete or block your personal data provided these actions are permitted by law and in compliance with existing contractual conditions.
